👀 About you

🔎 We're looking for an Account Executive to help Treet unlock growth by aligning us with world-class apparel brands and leading our brand acquisition efforts.

You would be our dream candidate if...

  • You have 2-4 years of B2B SaaS closing experience selling into SMB or Mid-Market companies (ideally within the e-commerce industry)
  • You’re a builder who enjoys iterating on sales process to determine what works and what doesn’t
  • You're extremely driven and are determined to go above and beyond to hit quota
  • You're great at building relationships with new customers and may already have a rolodex of brands in your network
  • You’re motivated by ambiguity and thrive in environments that require you to build new skillsets to solve problems
  • You care about sustainability and believe in the power of secondhand shopping
  • You have knowledge of the apparel/e-commerce industry

💻 About the role

  • You will be a key member of our sales team, responsible for hitting your brand acquisition targets and revenue goals
  • Work closely with our Head of Sales to build out and help refine our sales process
  • Full cycle sales from prospecting to close. Currently, we'd estimate this is about 30% prospecting/outbound and 70% deal cycle based on current pipeline
  • You will support your sales team by sharing best practices, what’s working well, and helping others grow alongside you
  • You will drive partnership with your BDR, guiding them on outreach strategy to enable both of you to hit your goals
  • You will take an active role in identifying and creating sales collateral and scalable sales processes
  • You will work cross-functionally with the Engineering and Success teams to provide front-line customer feedback that will help shape our product roadmap
  • You will play a key role in building our culture as the company grows
