Sales & Enrollment Specialist (Part-Time | Remote | December–April)

Join our team as a part-time remote sales professional this December through April! This is a sales-focused, relationship-driven role with flexible hours - you’ll conduct interviews with applicants and guide students and parents through the enrollment process while working remotely.

Role Overview

• Manage and track a high volume pipeline from start to finish, tracking progress and closing opportunities in a fast-paced environment.
• Conduct phone interviews with pre-qualified leads.
• Guide students and parents through program details and enrollment decisions.
• Work independently to meet weekly goals with a warm, authentic approach.
  
  

Schedule, Flexibility & Pay

• Part-time (15–30 hours per week) - set your own schedule.
• Minimum 15 hours/week between 3–9 PM ET (M–F) or anytime on weekends.
• 100% remote | $40–$45/hr (based on experience).
  
  

We’re Looking For

• Minimum 2 years full-time experience in a sales role required
• Sales-minded, with a proven ability to manage a pipeline and close warm leads (any industry)
• Detail-oriented and organized, with strong CRM and follow-up habits.
• Efficient, with excellent time management and follow-through.
• Warm and genuine, able to connect easily with students and parents.
• Trustworthy and self-directed, comfortable working independently.
