We are seeking a Legal Project Manager on a contract basis to help support our customer’s business needs. This role is 100% remote.

Responsibilities
- Supporting the Global Legal team on spend management initiatives
- Negotiating AFAs on high-legal spend matters and proactively looking for for opportunities to negotiate AFAs
- Assist with trainings re AFA’s
- Running RFPs including attending follow-up interviews with vendors and the legal team.
- Collaborate with the Legal team to create RFP templates for small and large RFPs.
- Collaborate with the RFP team to build RFP templates via RFP tool.
- Draft process documents and playbooks.
- Roll out the MRA program to new firms and complete all outstanding MRAs.
- Negotiations with law firms on pricing.
- Prior experience at both an in-house legal department and a law firm
- Experience working in Project/Program management experience
- Strong contract negotiations skills for both internal and external stakeholders
- Outside Counsel management specifically experience in benchmarking hourly rates
- Legal pricing experience specifically knowledge of and experience in negotiating AFAs
- Experience in developing/implementing solutions or operational improvements
- Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, attention to detail and interpersonal skills. Strong ability to work independently, be organized, and manage one’s time.
- Strong ability to create relationships with XFN teams.
- Technologically savvy and experienced with Google and Microsoft suites
- PMP or similar certification
- Prior experience at a tech company
- Familiarity with eBilling software
- Familiarity with online RFP software
- Familiarity with Tableau and other dashboarding tools
