The Mom Project is partnering with a growing beauty company that is looking for a Social Media & Digital Marketing Assistant to help expand its online presence and engage its growing community. This is a great opportunity for a creative, organized marketing professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

The ideal candidate will help grow and engage the brand’s online community through social media, influencer and affiliate marketing, email marketing, and digital outreach. They are highly organized, an excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills, and a creative thinker with a great sense of humor and wit. This person will bring fresh ideas to the table and help create clever, engaging content that feels authentic to the brand across multiple platforms.

• TikTok/Instagram
• Voice of the Brand on both platforms to comment and engage
• TikTok Affiliate Center collaboration request review and approval (in cooperation with our current contractor)
• Affiliate Community Relations Management
• such as creating a list of creators to include; creator outreach to join our Lark or WhatApp group; helping to create and execute weekly communications to said group; and creation and management of webinars or other virtual gatherings
• TikTok Live set up and backend support
• TikTok promotion review

• TikTok/Instagram/Shopify
• Content Calendar Creation and Management
• Trend Spotting
• Light video editing
• Create social media posts based on press hits, when necessary

• Email Management
• Work with email contractor (and Jenny) on timing/content/design of email campaigns
• Review and update Flows as needed
• Review email sign up functionality
