Our customer is a leading global media and entertainment company that creates and distributes a large portfolio of content and brands across television, film, and streaming and is available in over 200 countries and territories and over 45 languages. Headquartered in New York, NY with more than 30 office locations in the United States.
We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator on a 6-month contract basis to support their business needs. This role is hybrid; 3 days onsite in NY (Hudson Yards), 2 days remote.

Responsibilities
- The specialist will plan, organize, and oversee creative projects from initiation to completion for all brand and originals marketing campaigns.
- Work hand in hand with global creative & content marketing teams sharing all details of a campaign and communicating and aligning with regions.
- Coordinate all creative campaign timelines, asset cadence, release strategy for A/V, key art, production stills, social and digital assets ensuring global alignment.
- Oversee all global campaign assets in our distribution platform, AEM.
- Prioritize campaign deliverables and work closely with regions to continually meet the needs of the market as priorities shift in territory.
- Assist manager with new wave of launches in international regions.
- Coordinate with creative and marketing teams across Local Original Productions originating in region
- Establish new and existing relationships with key licensees, broadcasters, vendors, and partners.
- Collaborate closely with all internal stakeholders in Marketing, Creative, Operations, Media Relations to ensure we are collectively aligned with US and global teams.
- Project Management Skills: 2+ years; Ability to manage multiple deadlines and projects simultaneously.
- Detail oriented with the resourcefulness and confidence to work on findings and assist where needed within a fast-paced environment.
- 2+ years; Ability to build professional trust and relationships with a variety of teams and levels of the business (from Executives to other Coordinators).
- 2+ years; Experience with managing, owning, and improving workflows.
- Ability to use reporting and workflow tools to improve visibility of campaign changes or issues. Tracking progress and gauging risk and escalation potential of projects.
- Experience with collaboration tools such as Monday.com, AEM, Aspera is a plus.
- Additional spoken/written languages are a plus.
- Photoshop or Premier experience.
- AI/ML knowledge.
- General passion for Media Industry.
- Must have strong administrative, organizational skills and outstanding attention to detail.
- Flexibility of hours, as you will be working closely with global teams
- Understanding of various types of video and digital media.
- Familiarity with common work-related systems: Slack, Outlook (+ MS Office), Sharepoint
- Bachelor’s Degree or 2+ years of relevant experience in the media landscape.
- Hybrid requirement: 3-days onsite. Tuesdays are usually on-site every week. Other weekdays flexible.
