Our customer is a leading global media and entertainment company that creates and distributes a large portfolio of content and brands across television, film, and streaming and is available in over 200 countries and territories and over 45 languages. Headquartered in New York, NY with more than 30 office locations in the United States.
We are seeking a Production - Production Coordinator I on a contract basis to support their business needs. This is a Remote position, however, if candidates are local to Miami, it will be hybrid.

Responsibilities
- Support entering and maintaining official program schedules into Broadview.
- Time and reconcile traffic logs using IPROMO to support accurate scheduling and broadcast execution.
- Assist in screening potential content from sister networks for programming opportunities.
- Input and maintain ratings data in DEAL for performance tracking and analysis.
- Review and evaluate footage to identify compelling sound bites for on-air promotional campaigns.
- Log and manage promotional assets within CAT to ensure accuracy and organization.
- Utilize Adobe Creative Cloud applications to support promo production and content development.
- Research and identify appropriate graphics, music, and visual elements to enhance on-air promotions and strengthen audience engagement.
- Collaborate with creative and programming teams to ensure promotional content aligns with brand standards and strategic objectives.
- Participate in creative production tasks such as: lite video editing, thumbnail creation , graphics, pulling clips or assets from existing DFC content.
Must Have Skills / Requirements:
- Programming Platform Experience
- 5+ years; experience utilizing Programming Platforms such as WideOrbit, Broadview, etc.; Experience using these platforms within a hands-on capacity.
- Premier and Photoshop experience
- 5+ years; Experience with creating shorts, clips, and marketing assets.
- Copywriting Experience (Short Form)
- 5+ years of experience; Portfolios required.
- Experience in Kids Marketing or Kids Media.
- Experience with tracking and researching social trends.
- Comfortability with digital platforms (Social Media, Adobe Suite, etc.)
- Attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills (written/verbal)
- Comfortable with managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to show initiative and resourcefulness.
- Media Planning Platform Experience (WideOrbit, Broadview, etc.)
- Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premier, etc.)
- Familiarity with YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook.
- BA/BS in Marketing, Graphics, or Advertising.
