The Senior Accountant is a member of the Revenue Accounting team and is crucial in the setup of various contracts in the ERP system to automate proper revenue recognition of transactions, recording of expenses, and ensuring accurate accrual and payment of revenue share to the partners.

The Senior Accountant is a member of the Revenue Accounting team and is crucial in the setup of various contracts in the ERP system to automate proper revenue recognition of transactions, recording of expenses, and ensuring accurate accrual and payment of revenue share to the partners.
Responsibilities
- Lead new contract setups to ensure complete data builds, accurate system configuration, and timely partner reporting
- Create offer setups in the Oracle ChRM (Revenue Share) module to automate revenue and expense recognition, revenue share accruals, and invoicing
- Scope Oracle ChRM and Accounts Receivable module builds for new product launches and validate required revenue share data
- Test and validate Oracle data feeds for new implementations and enhancements
- Upload and review Oracle data feeds on a weekly basis
- Validate monthly revenue share expenses for accuracy and completeness
- Process adjustments within the Oracle ChRM (Revenue Share) module
- Prepare monthly revenue share invoices and reporting
- Prepare journal entries in Oracle EBS, including manual revenue share calculations
- Perform monthly reconciliations of asset and liability accounts
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies by reviewing contracts, troubleshooting issues, and analyzing multiple data sources
- Serve as a liaison with external partners, auditors, and internal stakeholders across Finance, Retail, Product, Reporting, and FP&A teams
- Support process improvement initiatives, including automation and Robotics Process Automation (RPA) implementation
- Support internal and external audit activities
- Assist with monitoring and maintaining compliance with internal controls, policies, and procedures
- Perform other accounting and finance-related duties as assigned
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of accounting or account reconciliation experience
- Public accounting experience
- Strong understanding of US GAAP
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with experience analyzing large datasets
- Experience with large-scale ERP systems, preferably Oracle EBS
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reconciliation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field
- Big 4 or Big 8 public accounting experience
