What You'll Do

  • Handle a variety of personal injury cases from case filing through trial preparation.
  • Draft and file critical legal documents, including motions and discovery requests.
  • Schedule hearings, depositions, and client meetings for the attorneys.
  • Respond to discovery requests and assist in compiling client responses.
  • Monitor deadlines and alert attorneys when immediate attention is needed.
  • Communicate regularly with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel in both English and Spanish.

What We're Looking For

  • Fluency in English and Spanish — this is a firm requirement, not a preference.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a litigation paralegal (personal injury preferred; Florida civil litigation considered).
  • Comprehensive understanding of civil litigation procedures.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and proven ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in document drafting, and case management software.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with clients and legal professionals.
