Core Responsibilities

  • Support daily office and clinic operations
  • Coordinate scheduling, meetings, and administrative workflows
  • Assist with billing reconciliation, invoice tracking, and vendor/contractor payment approvals
  • Communicate with vendors, partners, and internal teams
  • Maintain organized systems, supplies, and operational processes
  • Assist with special projects and wellness events
  • Help create a polished, calm, and welcoming environment

Qualifications/Skills

  • Experience in admin, operations, office coordination, or executive support
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, especially with financial and operational workflows
  • Warm, professional communicator with good judgment
  • Proactive, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Comfortable with Google Workspace, Slack, spreadsheets, and invoicing/payment systems (Bill.com)
  • Discreet, dependable, and self-directed
