Operations Lead (Clinical & Growth Focus) – Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP)
Full-Time | In-Person | New York, NY
About Us
We’re a growing mental health practice reimagining what care can look like. Our work in
ketamine-assisted psychotherapy (KAP) sits at the intersection of clinical rigor and meaningful
transformation—and we’re building something special.
As we scale, we’re looking for people who are excited not just by operations, but by the
opportunity to shape the future of mental health care. If you’re energized by growth,
systems-building, and mission-driven work, you’ll feel at home here.
The Role
This is not a behind-the-scenes ops job. You’ll be at the center of how the practice runs and
grows.
As our Operations Lead, you’ll oversee clinical operations, build and refine systems, support our
team, and help drive expansion. One day you might be improving patient flow or launching a
new workflow; the next, collaborating with marketing on growth strategy or hiring key team
members.
You’ll need to be both strategic and hands-on—and genuinely excited about building in a
fast-moving, evolving space.

- Build, refine, and document systems that make the practice more efficient and scalable
- Track performance (utilization, revenue, outcomes) and turn insights into action
- Help us scale—new services, improved workflows, smarter systems
- Identify friction points and fix them before they slow us down
- Collaborate on strategy and bring structure to big ideas
- Work hand-in-hand with marketing to improve intake, conversion, and patient journey
- Align operational capacity with growth efforts so we scale sustainably
- Bring a real-world lens to what’s working (and what’s not)
- Own hiring, onboarding, and performance management for admin/support staff
- Build a strong, accountable, and positive team culture
- Step into HR-related needs—from policies to people management
- Lead key initiatives across systems, tech, and operations
- Bring clarity, timelines, and follow-through to complex projects
- Help turn a growing practice into a well-oiled (but still human) machine
