Core Responsibilities

  • Own a defined territory and target account list
  • Build and maintain 3×+ pipeline coverage against revenue targets
  • Drive net-new pipeline through outbound prospecting, referrals, and partner channels
  • Manage the full sales cycle from discovery through close
  • Navigate multi-stakeholder and public-sector buying processes
  • Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline hygiene, and activity tracking in CRM (Monday.com)

Qualifications/Skills

  • 5–10+ years of B2B sales or business development experience
  • Proven success closing complex, consultative deals
  • Experience selling to corporate executives, public agencies, or mission-driven organizations
  • Strong self-sourcing capability (outbound, referrals, partnerships)
  • Comfort managing long, multi-stakeholder buying processes
  • Strong territory planning and account prioritization skills
  • CRM fluency required (Monday.com a plus) SUCCESS EXPECTATIONS
  • 90-day pipeline ramp focused on territory ownership and pipeline creation
  • Territory plan completed within the first 30 days
  • Demonstrated pipeline traction and deal progression by Day 90
