We are seeking a Quantitative UX Researcher on a contract basis to help support our customer’s business needs. This role is 100% remote.

We are seeking a Quantitative UX Researcher on a contract basis to help support our customer’s business needs. This role is 100% remote.
Responsibilities
- Design, manage, and execute large-scale tracking surveys
- Analyze survey data and produce reports with actionable insights
- Develop survey instruments, including question design and item development
- Apply statistical methods such as descriptive analysis, regression, ANOVA, and t-tests
- Generate insights to inform ongoing and future research initiatives
- Manage multiple research projects in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
- Communicate findings clearly to stakeholders through reports and presentations
- Support continuous improvement of research methodologies and processes
- Bachelor’s degree with 7+ years, Master’s degree with 5+ years, or PhD with 2+ years of relevant experience in UX research or related field
- Strong proficiency in R, including Tidyverse for data analysis
- Experience in survey design and development
- Strong statistical analysis skills, including regression, ANOVA, and hypothesis testing
- Experience conducting hands-on, primary research
- Proficiency with Google Workspace tools
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Python coding ability
- Experience with Google Suite applications
- Hands-on, primary research experience
