About The Role
Etsy is seeking a Content Coordinator to help bring our paid social campaigns to life. In this role, you’ll support the end-to-end delivery of creative across platforms and markets: organizing assets, trafficking campaigns, and ensuring every detail is set up accurately and on time.
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Paid Social Creative, you will partner closely with creative, media, merchandising, and agency teams to manage campaign setup and maintain operational excellence across high-volume paid social programs.

About The Role
Etsy is seeking a Content Coordinator to help bring our paid social campaigns to life. In this role, you’ll support the end-to-end delivery of creative across platforms and markets: organizing assets, trafficking campaigns, and ensuring every detail is set up accurately and on time.
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Paid Social Creative, you will partner closely with creative, media, merchandising, and agency teams to manage campaign setup and maintain operational excellence across high-volume paid social programs.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end delivery of paid social creative, including asset organization, link distribution, and deliverable tracking.
- Upload and traffic assets within ad platforms (including Meta, Google/YouTube, Pinterest, TikTok), ensuring accuracy across ad copy, product sets, URLS, targeting, and campaign configurations.
- Track and organize merchandise featured in ad creative, and build product sets and landing pages to ensure consistency between ads and onsite experiences.
- Maintain standardized tracking documentation to provide cross-functional visibility into asset status and campaign readiness.
- Organize and manage our media asset library, maintaining file structure and naming conventions.
- Partner with internal teams and media agencies to ensure all campaign setup requirements and specifications are met.
- Identify opportunities to improve workflows across asset intake, review, trafficking, and distribution processes.
- 1-2 years of experience supporting paid social campaigns at a brand, publisher, or agency
- Hands-on experience working in ads manager across platforms, including Meta, Google/YouTube, Pinterest, TikTok
- Strong attention to detail and confidence in managing multiple projects across channels and markets.
- Clear, thoughtful communication skills and experience collaborating with creative and agency partners.
- A genuine passion for Etsy’s mission and for supporting small businesses, creativity, and craftsmanship.
- M-F, 40 hours/week
- This hybrid role must be within commuting distance to the Brooklyn headquarters and available to work in-office at least 2x per week.
