Our Customer is seeking an AR Project Manager on a contract basis to help support their business needs. This role is on-site in Santa Monica, CA.

Our Customer is seeking an AR Project Manager on a contract basis to help support their business needs. This role is on-site in Santa Monica, CA.
Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end production workflows for branded AR lens development projects
- Build and manage project timelines while coordinating stakeholder communication throughout the production lifecycle
- Proactively identify and manage risks, dependencies, and challenges during lens development
- Use established templates and frameworks to define project goals and creative direction during kickoff
- Communicate project direction and requirements clearly to assigned production teams
- Coordinate cross-time-zone handoffs between US-based and EU-based teams to ensure continuity and accuracy
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the AR production team, supporting creative and technical decision-making
- Collaborate with project managers, creative producers, creative strategists, sales, and cross-functional teams to ensure on-time delivery, transparency, and quality standards
- Strong project management experience supporting small to medium-sized creative or production projects
- Experience building timelines and managing workflows in high-volume environments
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects with shifting priorities in fast-paced settings
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills with high attention to detail
- Experience using project or task management tools such as JIRA
- Experience managing production workflows for creative, AR, or digital media projects
