We are seeking a Workforce Operations Partner on a contract basis to help support our customer's business needs. This role is hybrid (3 days on-site and 2 days remote/week) in Sunnyvale, CA.

The organization is seeking a detail-driven, systems-savvy Contingent Workforce Operations Partner to support and elevate a global Contingent Workforce (CW) program. This role is responsible for driving operational excellence, ensuring data integrity across Workday and ServiceNow, streamlining end-to-end CW lifecycle processes, and partnering cross-functionally with the Managed Service Provider (MSP), HR, IT, and Finance teams to resolve escalations and ensure seamless program operations.

Responsibilities

  • Manage contingent workforce (CW) reporting, dashboards, and data accuracy across Workday and HelpIn
  • Review and approve CW knowledge articles while maintaining content governance and completing annual audits
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to support system configuration for CW onboarding, access setup, data maintenance, and offboarding
  • Serve as the primary escalation point for CW provisioning issues, system discrepancies, and workflow breakdowns
  • Oversee Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) updates and contribute to overall program governance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex provisioning and access-related operational issues
  • Review and approve small business Statements of Work (SOWs) and ensure compliance with CW processes

Skills And Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience with technical and workflow configuration in Workday and ServiceNow (HelpIn)
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience using Microsoft O365, including Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to data accuracy and reporting integrity
  • Strong problem-solving skills with hands-on experience in troubleshooting system and workflow issues
  • Ability to partner effectively across multiple teams and functions
  • Strong documentation skills with experience creating and maintaining SOPs

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with automation tools such as Copilot
  • Experience with Cornerstone, LMS platforms, or other training tools
  • 3 or more years of experience supporting contingent workforce programs in an operations environment
  • 2-3 years of experience in project or program management
  • Ability to identify and drive process improvement opportunities
