Our Customer is a corporation that develops, manufactures, and markets robotic products designed to improve clinical outcomes of patients through minimally invasive surgery. Founded in 1995, their goal was to create innovative, robotic-assisted systems that help empower doctors and hospitals to make surgery less invasive than an open approach. Working with the top medical professionals, they continue to develop new, minimally invasive surgical platforms and future diagnostic tools to help solve complex healthcare challenges around the world.

Our Customer is seeking a Sales Operations & Logistics Support Analyst to support the coordination, facilitation, logistics, and fulfillment of various internal assets supporting Commercial activities, specifically for their system and product demo programs. This role is hybrid (4 days on-site and 1 day remote/week) in Peachtree Corners, GA.

The role requires the ability to efficiently organize, problem-solve, and process requests while working effectively and in close cooperation with diverse internal/external stakeholders to ensure appropriate internal assets are supporting sales/marketing events.

Part-time, 30 hours/week

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with commercial teams on program timelines and deliverables, including surveys, scheduling, and asset movements
  • Balance priorities across sales, marketing, and third-party vendors while resolving scheduling conflicts
  • Manage shipping, receiving, and intake processing of internal assets supporting commercial initiatives
  • Troubleshoot and test equipment to ensure functionality for commercial events
  • Organize and maintain warehouse and program inventory, including systems, instruments, and accessories
  • Operate material handling equipment such as label machines and pallet jacks
  • Support annual maintenance and system upgrades for sales operations programs

Skills And Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum of 2-4 years of relevant work experience
  • Strong time management skills with high attention to detail
  • Ability to organize, multitask, and work in fast-paced environments
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel
  • Fluency in English
  • Ability to lift up to 80 pounds
  • Valid driver’s license

Preferred

  • Prior logistics or warehouse experience
  • Willingness to travel minimally
