The Client Success Manager will support the rollout and expansion of the Health Hotline, assist in open enrollment delivery, and provide white-glove service to clients. Here's What You'll Be Doing
Client Advocacy – The Health Hotline
- Serve as the main point of contact for employees utilizing the Health Hotline
- Provide warm, knowledgeable support in resolving billing issues, claims disputes, specialist access, and provider coordination
- Liaise with employer HR teams to ensure timely and accurate outcomes and with healthcare providers, insurance carriers
- Track and report usage trends to show program impact and identify opportunities for improvement
- Serve as co-lead or lead on designated client accounts
- Own day-to-day servicing for assigned groups, including benefit questions, eligibility, and carrier coordination
- Build relationships with HR and employer stakeholders to anticipate and respond to evolving needs
- Support monthly/quarterly reporting, renewal deliverables, and compliance documentation
- Draft and publish compelling social content (especially LinkedIn) highlighting wins, testimonials, and new capabilities
- Assist in building out internal and external Health Hotline collateral as the program grows
- Help execute marketing campaigns and email outreach when appropriate
- Create and update presentation materials, plan summaries, and FAQs
- Participate in virtual or live employee meetings to present benefit information
- Record and distribute webinar sessions and support follow-up communications
- Assist with RFPs, benchmarking, and proposal preparation
- Handle various ad-hoc client and internal support needs as they arise
- Must have 5+ years of experience working in a client advocacy role for a benefits broker, with an insurance carrier, in HR (with DEEP expertise in employee benefits), or in a strong benefits administration role
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills — empathetic, articulate, and clear
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and follow-through skills
- A problem-solver who can juggle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced, service-driven environment
- Current Texas Life & Health Insurance License (Required. If not currently licensed, certification may be sponsored)
- Strong technical prowess with BenAdmin platforms, Salesforce, HubSpot, Canva, and the MS Suite of products
