- Support execution of customer-first marketing strategy initiatives for certified used vehicle programs
- Manage day-to-day tactical execution across retail marketing, CRM, and consumer website workstreams
- Coordinate consumer website initiatives in partnership with the Digital Operations Specialist
- Collaborate with the cross-functional teams and external partner agencies to deliver integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels
- Coordinate with the creative agency to manage development, production, and approvals of consumer marketing materials
- Partner with internal marketing teams to leverage available resources and ensure adherence to internal processes and requirements
- Contribute disruptive, innovative ideas that challenge conventional thinking and strengthen customer engagement
- Build expertise in the used vehicle market, including consumer insights, product positioning, and competitive landscape
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to develop initiatives that enhance the sed vehicle strategy
- Support the implementation of an integrated dealer retail strategy and associated marketing materials
- Partner with team members to drive initiatives aligned to team goals and broader business objectives
- Track and manage media and production budgets with strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent relevant experience
- 5+ years of experience in consumer marketing or advertising
- Strong brand marketing experience with a consumer-first mindset
- Strong project management skills with proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel
- Experience synthesizing site and marketing metrics and providing concise performance summaries
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize high-impact work and manage competing demands
- Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environments and take initiative to drive execution
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to tailor messaging to internal and external audiences
- Familiarity with site management workflows; technical execution handled by agency partners
- Experience with Jira required for site-related responsibilities
- Workfront experience preferred; training available
- Advertising or marketing agency experience preferred
- Automotive industry experience preferred
- Comfortable learning new tools and processes on the job in a fast-paced environment
- Monday - Friday, 8:00 am-3:00 pm, 40 hours/week
- Hybrid Role - Tues, Weds, Thurs in-office in Birmingham/Warren, MI
- Mon and Fri WFH
