We are seeking an IAM Ops Specialist on a contract basis to support our Customer’s business needs. This role is on-site in Louisville, KY.

Responsibilities

  • Create and manage Active Directory users, groups, computers, organizational units (OUs), group managed service accounts, and related identity objects
  • Administer and support DNS services
  • Manage and maintain Group Policy configuration and enforcement
  • Administer Domain DFS configuration and support
  • Manage Active Directory Sites and Services configuration
  • Support Windows Server operating systems up to and including Windows Server 2022
  • Configure and maintain Active Directory trusts, including forest, child, and external trusts
  • Perform backup, restore, and recovery of Active Directory objects
  • Manage Active Directory schema and attributes
  • Administer NTFS and share permissions
  • Support AD Certificate Services (PKI), including certificate templates and lifecycle management
  • Develop and maintain automation scripts using PowerShell and/or other scripting languages
  • Administer and support ADFS (Active Directory Federated Services)
  • Support identity services platforms such as Okta, Ping, and ForgeRock
  • Support Semperis solutions, including Forest Recovery, DSP, and Change Auditor
  • Administer Entra ID and Office 365 identity services
  • Manage Microsoft Azure AD Connect and directory synchronization

Skills And Qualifications

  • Proven experience supporting identity services, including Active Directory, Entra ID, and Okta
  • 3+ years supporting identity services in a large enterprise environment
  • Experience supporting multi-forest and multi-domain environments, including resource domains for Exchange
  • Experience working in a FedRAMP-compliant environment
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory administration and support
  • Knowledge of Privileged Identity Management (PIM) and Privileged Access Management (PAM)
  • Experience with Active Directory backup/recovery processes and advanced auditing
  • Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and Windows Firewall
  • Scripting capabilities, especially with PowerShell
  • Knowledge of PKI and Certificate Services, including templates and certificate management
  • Understanding of Unix and Linux operating systems
  • Experience administering Okta and Entra ID at a Global Admin level
  • Experience with Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) solutions such as SailPoint, preferred
