We are looking for a AI strategy expert with outstanding independent research capability and excellent industry connection & communication skills. This role focuses on forward-looking AI industry research, cross-enterprise technical communication and resource linkage, and technological trend judgment. The candidate will act as a core bridge connecting internal teams and top-tier AI enterprises, drive industry insight output and strategic technical layout, while leading high-level AI research planning.

Key Responsibilities

• 1. Independently conduct forward-looking, systematic artificial intelligence industry and technology research, accurately capture the latest trends, technical iterations and development patterns of the AI track, and output high-value industry research reports and strategic insights.
• 2. Establish and maintain long-term cooperative connections with top domestic and foreign AI enterprises, research institutions and technical teams, conduct regular in-depth technical exchanges, and integrate external high-quality industry resources.
• 3. Take charge of cross-party communication, docking and negotiation with external AI companies, accurately sort out external technical advantages, business capabilities and cooperation demands, and efficiently match internal strategic development needs.
• 4. Responsible for internal research result interpretation, technical logic popularization and trend sharing, with clear and logical expression capabilities to assist the team in formulating AI development strategies and layout plans.
• 5. Lead key research topics independently, sort out industry pain points and technical development directions, and provide professional research support for business decision-making and strategy.
• 6. Assist in exploring innovative AI cooperation models, sort out feasible industry landing paths based on external enterprise technical capabilities, and promote high-quality industry cooperation implementation.

Requirements

Basic Qualifications

• 1. Bachelor degree or above in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Statistics, Mathematics or other related technical disciplines.
• 2. 3+ years professional experience in AI industry research, strategy or industry cooperation, with solid forward-looking research thinking and industry insight capabilities.
• 3. Excellent verbal and written English communication & presentation skills, capable of conducting high-level independent dialogues and professional technical exchanges with senior teams of top AI companies.
• 4. Strong industry resource integration ability, able to efficiently connect, maintain and expand AI industry enterprise resources and research circle resources.
• 5. Outstanding logical analysis, independent research and summary capability, able to independently complete industry track research, trend judgment and result output.
• 6. Excellent cross-team collaboration, communication coordination and strategic thinking, with high sensitivity to AI industry development.

Preferred Qualifications

• 1. Familiar with mainstream AI technologies including large language models, multimodal AI, machine learning etc., with relevant technical practical experience is a plus.
• 2. Possess existing deep connections and accumulated resource networks in the AI industry ecosystem.
• 3. Experience in publishing industry research reports or participating in high-level AI industry summit exchanges is a plus.
• 4. Familiar with industrial AI cooperation modes, business iteration logic and technical landing scenarios.
