Serve Alibaba.com customers in the Malaysia market by designing and optimizing service delivery systems for new merchant product operations, business opportunity acquisition, and deal conversion. Continuously improve customer outcomes and transaction performance, driving growth in renewal rates and transaction volume. Focus on the growth and retention of new merchants, and provide operational support to frontline sales and service teams through data insights, customer case studies, and resource integration, while identifying pain points and opportunities encountered by Thailand merchants when using Alibaba.com.

Responsibilities

• Serve Alibaba.com customers in the Malaysia market by designing and optimizing service delivery systems for new merchant product operations, business opportunity acquisition, and deal conversion. Continuously improve customer outcomes and transaction performance, driving growth in renewal rates and transaction volume.
• Focus on the growth and retention of new merchants. Plan and execute localized, scalable merchant training and engagement programs to achieve key growth metrics.
• Provide operational support to frontline sales and service teams through data insights, customer case studies, and resource integration, strengthening local channel capabilities in serving customers.
• Identify pain points and opportunities encountered by Thailand merchants when using Alibaba.com, provide product optimization recommendations, and collaborate with platform and product teams to improve the merchant experience.

Qualifications

• At least three years of merchant operations, industry, or foreign trade experience in the B2B sector. Able to think from the customer’s perspective and understand customer pain points and needs.
• Experience building a customer development system from scratch and driving projects to deliver results. Strong resource integration, communication, and coordination skills, with the ability to identify problems and opportunities through data.
• Cross-border e-commerce operations experience. Familiarity with merchant development mechanisms on platforms such as Amazon and TikTok is preferred. Experience in Southeast Asian SME operations, paid product operations, or advertising is also preferred.

Required Skills

• Strong ability to apply AI tools.
• Proficiency in Excel.
• Strong awareness of data accuracy validation.
• Fluent in spoken and written Chinese and English.

Salary range:

4-5K/m
