Key Responsibilities

  • Track macroeconomic, political, and monetary policy developments across major economies and assess their impact on interest rates and credit conditions.
  • Conduct credit risk analysis on bond issuers and financial institutions, contributing to the Group's credit risk management framework.
  • Research and propose offshore USD fixed income investment strategies covering bonds, money market instruments, and derivatives.
  • Provide data-driven investment analysis and support the development of AI-powered dashboards to enhance decision-making precision and efficiency.
  • Drive system optimization initiatives across internal platforms, Bloomberg, and SAP.
  • Streamline end-to-end investment research and execution workflows, identifying and implementing AI applications in research and operations.
  • Prepare market summaries and periodic performance attribution analyses; present market updates and investment results to senior management.

Job Requirements

  • Recent graduate (2025/2026 cohort) from a top-tier university (985/211 institutions or leading overseas universities).
  • Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Prior internship experience in finance, investment, or treasury is strongly preferred.
  • Solid understanding of fixed income markets and financial analysis fundamentals.
  • Proficient in Excel; familiarity with Bloomberg terminal is a plus.
  • Knowledge of derivatives (interest rate swaps, FX forwards, options) is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in Python, VBA, or SAP is a plus.
  • CPA, CFA, or FRM certification (completed or in progress) is a plus.
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin (both used as working languages).
  • High integrity, intellectual curiosity, strong analytical and logical thinking skills.
  • Self-motivated and adaptable, with the ability to take ownership of projects independently.
