Starface is seeking an Associate of Master Data to help support and further develop our master data processes as we ship and launch Starface products into our current and new partners. Reporting directly to our Sr. Director, Quality Assurance, this role will ensure the on time and on in-full fulfillment of orders by ensuring that all data, information, and systems are correctly set up and managed. In this role, you will work directly within NetSuite and our Retail and Distribution Center systems to ensure data accuracy, while working cross functionally to drive and continuously improve operational excellence.

we’ll count on you to

  • Support, setup, and maintain all master data in Netsuite and across our distribution center systems as needed
  • Ensure on time setup and accuracy of data, leveraging master data setup best practices and conducting audits as needed
  • Create and continuously improve a master data maintenance program to check information accuracy; update as needed
  • Manage all new SKU creation, UPC code issuance, and setup activities
  • Support system audits and cleanups as needed
  • Leverage Asana and review project timelines to accomplish tasks to support on time launch execution
  • Improve upon, create, and deploy processes for executing end of life discontinuations and SKU deactivation and associated criteria
  • Gather packaging and product specifications and details to support product development, quality control, and launches
  • Successfully manage and maintain all master data (on time and in full)
  • Audit all master data & update to ensure accuracy for all items / SKUs
  • Support purchase order and invoice approval process
  • Own vendor onboarding documentation, organization, and information gathering
  • Track and manage sample approval processes

this role is for you if

  • You have 2+ years of experience within the CPG or manufacturing/supply chain space, working within master data management
  • You have at least 1+ years of experience working with NetSuite
  • You are highly proficient in Excel, and have demonstrable expertise in vlookups and running complex formulas
  • You’re highly organized and extremely meticulous and detail oriented, especially when it comes to process and data entry - you have a track record of success in balancing speed and accuracy
  • You have strong logic and reasoning skills: you can take information and translate it into clear instructions and process flows
  • You are always a student - humble, curious, and eager to learn and grow
  • You have an innate sense of urgency, and thrive in fast-paced environments with tight deadlines

salary & benefits

  • The compensation range for this role is a $60,000-$75,000 base depending on level of experience, as well as bonus eligibility and company stock options.
