Clinical Operations Manager, SpringWorks
As a SpringWorks Clinical Operations Manager, you’ll work closely with cross functional partners to optimize processes, drive operational efficiency and insights, and eliminate pain points across the SpringWorks clinical offerings. You'll take ownership of day to day initiatives that support the SpringWorks clinical team in achieving our aspirational goals and report to the SpringWorks Senior Clinical Director. This is a full-time position, that based on location and candidate preference, can be remote or hybrid.
What you’ll be doing:
- Create and maintain operational reporting that enables identification of trends at the programmatic, customer, manager, and independent contributor levels.
- Provide regular updates and actionable insights to leadership.
- Drive the evolution of Zendesk, TalkDesk, and Salesforce architecture to create efficient/ scalable documentation systems that support accurate and adequate operational and customer facing reporting.
- Execute basic updates to ZenDesk, TalkDesk, and Salesforce fields/ flows as needed
- Own creation of regular billing reports.
- Provide overarching ops support for the SpringWorks clinical team.
- Support the tracking and success of the SpringWorks Clinical Program Roadmap.
- Other duties as assigned

- Project completion within target time frame and meeting project specific targets
What we expect from you:
- 4+ years of relevant professional experience working within operations
- Data-driven, analytical, and detail oriented
- Demonstrated skills in gathering, analyzing, interpreting, and visualizing data with Google Suite
- Demonstrated proactive approach to project management
- Demonstrated experience successfully evolving tooling infrastructure in a scalable way
- Strong collaborator and communicator that confidently highlights areas of opportunity
- Thrive in ambiguous, complex, and dynamic environments
- Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership who embraces autonomy while still keeping stakeholders in the know
- Strong ability to spot opportunities for improvement and intercept problems before they have a chance to arise
The target pay range for this position is $97,000-$114,500 annually. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. We review all employee pay and compensation programs annually at minimum to ensure competitive and fair pay.
