Millie is reimagining the traditional US maternity experience for a new generation. We aim to bring together the best of the obstetrics and midwifery disciplines to provide more complete, continuous, inclusive, and empowered care with better outcomes. Our physical clinics provide best-in-class care covered by all major insurance providers, augmented with virtual care designed to extend beyond the clinic for support anytime, anywhere.

- Experience a healthier pregnancy, birth, and postpartum journey. This includes (but is not limited to) reduced rates of preterm births, NICU stays, and C-sections, as well as earlier detection of complications.
We are looking for a compassionate and driven content lead (title negotiable DOE) with:
Lived experience with the pregnancy and parenthood journey
Alignment with our mission, approach, and brand voice & tone
Breadth and depth of experiences in content creation for marketing and education, likely in senior roles in a brand-led healthcare or consumer product/services company
Enthusiasm and drive to “get it done” with minimal guidance– we’re an early-stage startup and you should be happy taking ownership.
Your responsibilities, in the near-term:
Co-crafting our approach to content alongside the founding team
Creating content for our landing page, social channels, long form articles, educational curriculum for our patient app, and email marketing/patient communications
Managing consultants to help with all of the above, as appropriate
