Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Keyholder located in Southampton, NY. The Keyholder will be responsible for maintaining daily store operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and managing retail sales. The role includes supervising and training staff, safeguarding company assets, and fostering a high-quality customer experience. Additionally, the Keyholder will assist in store merchandising and product knowledge dissemination.

Qualifications

• Strong Product Knowledge and understanding of the activewear and fashion industry
• Excellent Communication skills both verbal and written
• Experience in Retail Sales and achieving sales targets
• Proficient in Customer Service and ensuring a positive Customer Experience
• Ability to supervise, train, and motivate team members effectively
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Flexible to work varied hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in management or retail is a plus
